During our early years in the United Kingdom, Edward spent time building a hotel chain in the lovely county of Herefordshire.

After joining him in this venture, Judith then moved into the care profession where she stayed for many years.

On leaving for France in 1998, we were lucky enough to be able to follow our dream of owning a stud farm in Normandy.  Where over the years we raised some very successful race horses.
